Among our all-time favorites is without a doubt Darjeeling, the charming hill station in the northern region of West Bengal.

We really don't know enough about Darjeeling. It is known as the "Queen of Hills" because of its stunning scenery, which includes rolling green tea farms and the majestic Kanchenjunga peaks rising over the horizon. 

The location's timeless beauty and charming Victorian atmosphere are enough to draw both visitors and travelers. The beautiful Darjeeling toy train, which whistles its way across the Himalayas, is the icing on the cake.

I strolled through the mall on my way from my accommodation to Observatory Hill. It was really chilly. It is always a clear sky for me this time of year. The first light of dawn on the summit of Mt. Kanchenjunga provided insight into true, realistic hues. 

The hue began to glow gradually as the sun's position changed. Tiger Hill is said to offer the greatest view of the sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga in Darjeeling.

Not that it's horrible; however, having seen the view from Tiger Hill multiple times, this time I decided to walk around and watch the sunrise from Observatory Hill, which is located behind Darjeeling Mall.

4. Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Jodhpur, the second-biggest city in Rajasthan, is commonly referred to as the "Blue City" for good reason—the majority of its architecture, including its forts, palaces, temples, havelis, and even its houses—is constructed in striking shades of blue. 

The soaring forts that tower over this magnificent city make for an impressive sight, and the mammoth, imposing Mehrangarh fortress, with its eight gates leading out of it and the new city situated outside of it, is one of the most impressive sights to behold.

Jodhpur is also home to the rare Marwari or Malani breed of horses, which is found nowhere else.
